In the place where Chandeswara Nayanaar attained Mukthi, a separate and a new temple, for the first time in Tamilnadu, was constructed in the form of Ponnambalam. Also Sannadhi for Gnanakoothaperuman was constructed in
Thiruaappaadi. This was also carried out by Vridhachalam Arubathumoovar Thirupani Trust with the help of Lord Almighty and His blessings.
