In the town of Rajendrapattinam Thiruththalam, namely, Thiruerukkathampuliyur, situated in Vridhachalam Circle of Cuddalore District, Thirukumara Swamy Temple the His Holiness Thiruneelakanta Yaazhppana Nayanaar constructed
a new temple and performed Kumbhapishekam on 17-03-2006. This was done very grandly with the help of Vridhachalam Arubathumoovar Thiruppani Trust .
